WHEREAS Jane Nyokabi Mile, of P.O. Brix 10089, Nairobi'in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in • absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0228 `hectare or thereabouts, situate in the'district of Thika, registered under tide No. RiiiruMu Block 5/120, and whereas, sufficient thidence has been adduced to show that the land Ode deed issued thereof has been lost, riritice is given that after the expitadon of sixty (60) days frism the date lie teof, I shall issue a new laid title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
