take notice that a petition for a gust of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga, on-22nd April, 2007, has- been filed in this registry by Esinas korai Lihanda, in her capacity as widow of the-deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication'of thii-notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the• date of publication of this notice, the Covet may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
