TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 435 OF 2008 By Robert Mbaabu Manyara, of Mikumbune Location in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Manyara M'Igochia alias Manyara Igocia, who died on 22nd February, 1993. CAUSE No. 467 OF 2008 By Patrick Kirimi Kanyuancobi, of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyua Nchobi Muoro alias Kanyuanchobi s/o Muoro, late of Meru, who died on 15th June, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
