TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 474 OF 2008 By Regina Nduku Makau alias Regina Nduku Muindi, of P.O. Box 122, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Muindi Muthiani, late of Kilungu, who died there on 21st February, 2006. CAUSE NO. 641 OF 2008 By Raphael Kitonga Kamuti, of P.O. Box 43, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Waki Muthoka, late of Kako, Kisau Location, who died there on 11th February, 1997. CAUSE No. 629 OF 2008 By Pilisila Kaluki Daniel and (2) Gideon Muasya Kinyongwe, both of P.O. Box 737, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kinyongwe Kasio, late of Mumbuni, who died there on 26th August, 1993. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
