WHEREAS Mohamed Kuehn Janady, of P.O. Box 85720, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is -registered as proprietor absidute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.13774 ,- acre or thereabouts, Anise within , Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered under title No.Mombasa/Block 1/29, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that, after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate. of lease provided that noobjection has been received within thatpetiod.
