WHEREAS (1) Anjna Mukesh Shah. (2) Amritben Chandulal Dewji Shah, (3) Jatinkumar Chandulal Shah and 7 of here , all of P.O. Box 81618, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered is proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece'of land containing 0.1012 acre or thereabouts, situate within Moinbasa Municipality, in Mombasa District registered under title No. Mombasa/Bloat MC/119, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given- that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
