take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Masaba Hospital, Nairobi, on 11th October, 2007, has been filed in this registry by Hellen Akoth Aweyo, of P.O. Box 9, Yale,. in her capacity as widow of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must-be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
