THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hamed Bin Mohamed Bin Hamed -Bin Salim and (2) Abdurhaman Mohamed Hamed Salim, both of P.O. Box 85563, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 811 section VI mainland north within Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 2601/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisionil certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
