WHEREAS Aziz Bin Mohammed Bin Abubakar Alamoody, of P.O. Box 88381, Mombasa in the Republic of. Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee shople of that piece of landknown as portion No. 223 Matubrui within 'Malindi Municipality, Mrdindi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 14616t1; and Wherras Sufficiera evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate Of title issued thereOf has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional wee of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
