WHEREAS The African Inland Church (Kenya), Trustees Registered, a body incorporated in Kenya having its registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 45019-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/1498, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 17160/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is giveh that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 66665, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0341 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 116/833, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, hoticeis given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
