IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 40 (2) (b) of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections Regulations and in compliance with the court order in its judgment delivered on 29th July, 2008 in Misc. Civil Application Number 13 of 2008 directing the area Returning Officer to complete and announce results as required by law, the Electoral Commission of Kenya gives notice that the person whose name appears in the first column of the Schedule hereto was 6n 11th August. 2008, declared elected as Member of the National Assembly for the constituency specified in the second column of thsScheduk.
