THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KAPSABET IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHANA CHEPSOROR KOECH OF KABIEMIT LOCATION, NANDI NORTH DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to- the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kabiemit Sub-location, Kabiemit Location, on 8th March, 1997, has been filed in this registry by (1) Priscah Jepchoge Koech and (2) Anna Kuto, both of P.O. Box 4420, Eldoret, in their capacities as administratrices of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
