TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2008 By (1) Philomela Mutiny Mutisya and (2) Ceacilia Mwende Mulinge, both of P.O. Box 115, Nit* Andei in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Mulinge Mutisya, late of Mtito Andei, who died at SWUM, on 5th April, 2005. CAUSE N0. 246 OF 2008 By (I) Mbevo Musyoka and (2) Lois .Ngute Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 4, Tseikuru in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Tuti Rini, late of Nziitu, Kyuso Location, who died tat Nziitu Sub-location, on 5th August, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered with* thirty. (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the.
