GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7126

WHEREAS Kiama Thigoya alias Kiama Kahiti (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as KiineiRuith/892, containing 5.0 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Murang'a, in SuCcession cause No. 62 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to Leonard Sospeter Mugo, and whereas the said land, dfte deed issued earlier to the said Kiama Thigoya alias Kiama Kahiti (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL.7 and RL.19, and issue land title deed to the said Leonard Sospeter Mugo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiama Thigoya alias Kiama Kahiti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
