WHEREAS Maganjo Kileta (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Werugha/Mgambonyi/384, situate in the district of Taita/Taveta, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Voi, in succession cause No. 45 of 2004, has issued grain of letters of administration to (I) Mwatela Maganjo Kileta and (2) Wilson Mwatabu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters(1) Mwatela Maganjo Kileta and (2) Wilson Mwatabu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maganjo Kileta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. I E NOTICE No. 7125 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Francis Xavier Otieno of Bondo, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as North Sakwa/Nyawita/715, situate in the district of Bondo, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Bondo, in MIS. Case No. 16 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Isaya Obonyo Ochola, and whereas the executive officer of the court executed on instrument of transfer in favour of Isaya Obonyo Ochola, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said Isaya Obonyo Ochola, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Xavier Otieno, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
