NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th September, 2007, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1577, in Volume DI, Folio 173/3927, File No. MMVIII, by our client, Samuel Mbugua Wainaina wa Marion, of P- 0- Box 72736-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Mbugua Wainaina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Mbugua Wainaina, and in lieu thereof assumed and. adopted the name Samuel Mbugua Wainaina wa Marion, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Mbugua Wainaina wa Marion only.
