THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 167 of the Public Health Act, the Municipal Council of Thika, has with effect from the date of this notice appointed— Hussein Abdalla Mwasimba, Clement Kamau Waweru, public health officers, to be public prosecutors in the subordinate courts for all offences under the Public Health Act or any by-laws of the Council whether under the aforementioned Act or otherwise.
