TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 506 of 2007 By (1) Peter Kavoo, (2) Joshua Maingi Kavoo and (3) Beatrice Nthenya Kavoo, all of P.O. Box 12, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndunge Lilu alias Ndunge Nthungi, late of Katine Location, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2004. CAUSE No. 408 "B" OF 2008 By (1) Katinda Muoki Ndambuki and (2) Stellamaris Ntheo Muoki, both of P.O. Box 34, Emali in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Muoki Ndambuki; late of Muthetheni Location, who died at Katune, on 28th August, 2005. CAUSE NO.485 "B" OF 2008 By (1) Akunita Wanza Wathome and (2) Christine Mwende Lasia, both of P.O. Box 256, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mutiso Mumo, late of Kaani Location, who died there on 19th December, 2000. CAUSE No. 504 OF 2008 By (1) Charity Wanjiru Ngila, (2) Robert Mukola Ngila and (3) James Kibicho Ngila, all of P.O. Box 1022, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Ngila Ndunda, late of Kitwii Location, who died at Kangundo, on 4th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
