TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 432 OF 2007 By (1) Patrick Mulwa Kiingi and (2) Joseph Mulwa Mutiso, both of Mutituni in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Kingi, who died at Mutituni, on 3rd February, 1997. Bizix 1, Okia in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Ngovi, late of Makueni, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 1997. CAUSE No. 499 OF 2008 By Naomi Syomiti Zakayo, of P.O. Box 7283-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Mue Mumo, late of Katitu Location, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 1st May, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shpwn to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
