TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court" in: CAUSE NO. 581 OF 2005 By (1) Paul Muted Musyoki, (2) Raphael Ndambuki Muted and (3) Agnes Mwaitu Mutua, all of P.O. Boit 8, Mutituni, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daugher-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philes Mukulu Musyoki, late of Mutituni Location, who died at Ithingu, Mutituni, on 31st December, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
