TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 458 OF 2007 By Kithuku Mukeku, of P.O. Box 29, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katunge Mukeku, late of Kaitha Location, who died at Kaitha, on 27th April, 2006. CAUSE No. 467 OF 2007 By (1) Muthoki Mulwa and (2) Mbaika Kinyili, both of P.O. Box 30, Emali in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law and an administrator, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalunde Masoo, late of Kyemundu Location, who died at Kyeniundu, Emali, in 1960. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days, from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
