PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle Toyota Corolla, Chassis No. AE 110-5134124 and engine No. 5AG 613857, which is lying at the premises of Michamaku Motors, Nakuru, to take delivery of the said motor vehiches within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon paymbnts of all outstanding repair, storage and any other incidental costs incurred until delivery is taken.
