ACT

WHEREAS Christopher Macro Osore, of P.O. Box 1621, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 5.56 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under tide No. E/Wanga/Lubinu/174, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, tee is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the da hereof, I shall issue a new land tide deed provided that' no objection has been received within that period.
