WHEREAS (1) Jitesh Chandhlal Shah and (2) Alka Jitesh Shah w/o Jitesh Chandhlal Shah t/a Binsha Industries, both of P.O. Box 82171, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 21181, situate within Mariakani Township in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C. R. N. 113, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the. date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
