APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in- Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— JONATHAN DANIEL MTURI to be Chairman of the Kenya Railways Corporation for a period of three (3) years with effect from 20th July, 2008.
