IN THE MATTER OF ITAL-KEN RFI PRODUCTION LIMITED WINDING -UP CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2008 NQT10E is given that a petition for the winding-up of the above- named company by the High Court of Kenya was on the 20th June, 2008, presented to the said Court by Fidelity Commercial Bank Limited. And the said petition is directed .to be heard before the Court sitting at Milimani Commercial Courts, Nairobi on 29th September, 2008, and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the linking of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company - requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
