WHEREAS Danson Karingi Marete (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Inoi/Thaita/375. containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Senior resident magistrate's court, in succession cause. No. 159 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to Eunice Wangithi Karingi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Danson Karingi Marete (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ,thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument or RL. 19 and RL.7, and issue a new land title deed to the said Eunice Wangithi Karingi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Danson Karingi Marete (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 51, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1941 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality/Block 14/859, and whereas sufficient evidence has been, adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Masika Musoo, of Syathani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwala/Mathunthini/101, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No. 109 of 2001, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to James Mutisya Mwilu of P.O. Box 56, Mwala, and whereas the executive officer- of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of James. Mutisya Mwilu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue land title deed to the said James Mutisya Mwilu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Masika Musoo, shall he deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
