WHEREAS James Kiarie Karanja, of P.O. Box 72150, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1165 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong Township/Block 1/309, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing afoiesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall issue a new land register at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
