WHEREAS Shadrack Kamau Kiongo, is registered as, proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. Ngenda/Mutomorf.298, and the land registrer (green card) in relation to the title is lost and cannot be traced in the land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60)days from the date hereof, I shall open, a new land register to replace the lost one provided that no objection has been received within that Oeriod.
