NOTICE is given pursuant to section 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Businesses Act of the laws of Kenya, that on 1st August, 2008, Elex Products Limited, ("the transferor") a company incorporated in Kenya under C.118992 of P.O. Box 78664-00507, Nairobi and which undertakes the business of manufacture of detergents and allied products, will be transferring all of its business, to Elex Products East Africa Limited ("the transferee"), a company incorporated in Kenya under C158145 of P.O. Box 786664-00507, Nairobi. The transferee did not and does not intend to assume the liabilities of the transferor incurred in the said business or at all. The trasferee however assumed all the assets of the transferor. The transferee will carry on the said business from L.R. No. 209/8167, Pate Road, off Lunga Lunga Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi. GAzErrE NOTICE No. 7594 WILSON AIRPORT AUTO SERVICES DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Bedford bus reg. No. KPG 293 and Honda car reg. No. KUW 355, to collect the said vehicles within fourteen (14)' days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the outstanding storage and costs of this notice and other incidental costs as at the date of collection, failure to which the said,vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty.
