take notice that a petition kir a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased who died at Valley Hospital, on 26th June, 1998, has been filed in this registry by (1) Rust Sigel Chumo and (2) Moses Kipyegon Mutai, both of P.O. Box 30, Olenguruone, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant am invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. , And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to mike the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
