Box 246, Mtito Andei in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a giunt of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyule Ngolia Kitinta, late of Ntangu Location, Makueni Location, who died at Gombato, on 25th February, 2004. CAUSE No. 426 OF 2008 By koki Ngumbau Maingi, of P.O. Box 1, Mavindini in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbau Maingi Kivulu, late of Mavindini, Makueni, who died at Mavindini, on 26th October, 2005. CAUSE N0.427 OF 2008 By (1) Mary Nthambi Kaloki and (2) Nicholas Kilonzo Kaloki, both of P.O. Box 557, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaloki 'Muathe Mukungu, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 1992. CAUSE No. 434 OF 2008 By Rachael Kailu Nzioka, of P.O. Box 1402, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Nzioka Mbai, late of Machakos, who <died at Kenyans National Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 436 OF 2008 By (1) Wanza Kisuli and (2) Peter Nzangi Kisuli, both of P.O. Box 22, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Kisuli, late of Kisau Location, who died at Makindu, on 8th January, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
