TAKE NOTICE that applications liaving been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2008 By Mutnbua Ndiku Nzoka, of P.O. Box 7, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiku Nzoka, late of Machakos, who died at Msambweni Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 1991. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2008 By (1) Ndinda Mutisya Nzoka and (2) Kavee Mutisya Nzoka, both of P.O. Box 7, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Nzoka Nduti, late of Ngamba Location, who died at Ngamba Sub-location, on 10th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2008 By (1) Ndinda Mutisya Nzoka and (2) Kavee Mutisya Nzoka, both of P.O. Box 7, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's.daughter-in-law and an administratrix, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Nzoka, late of Ngamba Location, who died at Ngama Sub-location, on 15th August, 1981. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2008 By Mumbua Ndiku Nzoka, of P.O. Box 7, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to, the estate of Kivati Nzoka, late of Ilcombe "Location, who died at Ikombe Sub-location, on 16th July, 1989. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect enteredlwithin thirty (30) do's from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
