WHEREAS Patrick John Wanders, of Matayos Division in the: Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Bukhayo/Matayos/1746,. containing 0.83 hectare or thereabouts; situate in the district of Busit, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Busia, in land dispute No. 56 of 2007, has ordered that the said Patrick John Wandera. the defendant; herein surrenders the dispute land therein mentioned to Marline Anyango burnt, the plantiff, and whereas all efforts made to hai)e site land title deed surrendered to the land registrar have failed, noticels-giVen that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with' the J. No. 17 of 2608 has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Esther Njeri Ngahu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land tide deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof. provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and issue land title deed to the said Esther Njeri Ngahu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benjamin Nyaga Njege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
