WHEREAS Peter M. Gakere, of P.O. Box 10901, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/2791, containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout. - situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the deputy registrar High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in land dispute No. 109 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kanyingi Waweru Kabere, and whereas deputy registrar High Court at Nakuru has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Kanyingi Waweru Kabere, and whereas all, efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land regiitrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) ;days from-the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been:received within that period,.1 intend to dispense with the production of, the said •-• land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument: of tranifer, and issue land title deed to the said Kattyingi:Waweruy Kabere, and upon such registratien the land tide deed issued to the said Peter M. GAZE' NOTICE No. 7357 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Pancrasio Odinga Mpaka , (deceased), of Marach /Esimoa in the Republic of Kenya. is registered proprietor of that piece Of land known as Marach/Esikoma/881, containing 10.0 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Busia, in Succession cause No. 106 of 1999; has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided into two portions of 2 acres and 8 acres as agreed by the parties therein, that 2 acres be transfered to the applicants and 8 acres to remain with the respondents therein, and whereas the High Court has ordered the dispensation of the original title deed, notice is given that after the expihttion of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the 'said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of mutation, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pancrasio Odingii Mpaka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
