ACT

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Kariuki Gacheru, (2) Joseph Kariuki Muthare and (3) Joseph Kamau, all of P.O. Box 400, Kiria-ini in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.045 and 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Loc.14/Kiru/3692 and 3567, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land titles deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
