THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT BOMET IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KIPKEMOI AIRAP NGECHER PROBATEAND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSIONICAUSE No. 21 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties coacerned take notice that a petition for a grant, of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who dad at Chepwostuiyet, has been filed in this registry by (1) Samwel rgaingart Kerich and (2) Alexander Kiprono Ngeno, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
