WHEREAS Samuel Gathungu Mwaura, of P.O. Box 482, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Maragua Ridge/96, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in the MIS. civil.App 438 of 2006, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Mwago Kariuki, and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Mwago Kariuki of P.O. Box 482, Maragua, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land- title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Mwago Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Gathungu Mwaum, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. App 162 of 2006, has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Norman Gitau Mugwe c/o Njonjo Advocate, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Norman Gitau Mugwe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nancy Addah Wambui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
