WHEREAS Ndambiri Makanga (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwea/Ngucwit788, situate in the distriet of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior resident' magistrate's court at Kerygoya, in succession cause No. 5 of 2007, hat issued grant of letters, of adMinistration and confirmation of grant to Njoki Ndanibiri, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL:19 in respect of the said piece of land in the name of Ndambiri Makanga (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after An expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense. With the production of the said land title deed and primeed with the regiitration of the said application to be registered in the name of Njoki Ndambiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndambiri Makatiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. • • Dated the 1st August, 2008.
