GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6888

WHEREAS. NjOroge Mikonyi (deceased), is registered-proprietor of that piece of land known as Chiuda/Kaiti/426, containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts. situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Thika, in succession cause No. 144 4,2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to Antony John Ndungu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Njoroge Mikonyi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) daays from the date he:sof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer RL. 19 and. RL. 7, and•upon such registration, the land title died issued earlier to the said Njoroge Mlkonyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the I st August, 2008. P. M.
