WHEREAS A. H. Mawani and Company Limited, a limited liability Company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 43475, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee, of that piece of land containing 0.905 acre or thereabouts known as L.R. No. 209/5650, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under grant, registered as I.R. 14856, and whereas the Banque Indosuez, has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of A. H. Mawani -and Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 43475, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 14856, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge. Box 1547, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Konya/3213, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
