THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Holdings limited, a limited liability Company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 41891, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.005 acres or thereabout known as L.R. No. 330/589 (Original Number 330/567/1), situate in the city of Nairobi, held under certificate of title registered as I.R. 25911/1, and whereas the said Rose Holdings Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Trans-National Bank Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 34353-00100, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the Said certificate of title registered as IR. 25911/1, is not available for registration, notice is given- that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
