THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Crown Enterprises (K) Limited, a limited liability Company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 47980, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.1021 hectare or thereabouts known as - LR. No. 15081/26 (Original Number 15081/15/23), situate in the city of Nairobi, held under certificate of title registered as I.R. 67371, and whereas the said Crown Enterprises (K) limited has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Hands of Green Investments limited, rto limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 42828, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (it) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 67371, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
