APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Water Act, 2002, the Minister for Water and Irrigation appoints— The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Water and Irrigation, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, The Attorney-General, The Chairman, Institute of Engineers of Kenya, Roger Ngoo Shako, Fredah Mwaluma Mwandime, Joel Kyatha Mbaluka, Judy Jeptoo Kosgey, Odanyiro Wamukoya, to be members of the Water Services Regulatory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 28th July, 2008, and revokes the appointment of- , Hawamalyn Mohamed Ibrahim*, Bernard Kitonyi* Wanguhu Nganga*, Paul Chapia Onduso*, Sammy Muthwii Ikimat Dated the 28th July,2008.
