TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2008 By James Namonywa Seka, of Maseno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Seka Eshikhonyi, late of Luanda, who died on 14th August, 1982. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2008 By James Owenga Odindo, of Luanda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Odindo Nyinate, late of Luanda, who died on 12th June, 1987. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2008 By Beatrice Ondeche Okwengu, of P.O. Box 66, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Mboko Okwengu, late of Luanda, who died in 1988. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
