Box 183-90125, Kikima, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeti Kiluu, late of tJthiuni Location, who died at Kikumini, on 23rd July, 2005. CAUSE No. 288 OF 2008 By Grace Mueni Musyoka, of P.O. Box 250, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Leonard Musyoka Mulwa, late of Kikumini Location, who died there on 8th November, 2006. CAUSE No. 321 OF 2008 By Gregory Mung'eli Nganga, of P.O. Box 24, Miu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Mutuku Mung'eli, late of Miu Location, who died at Mombasa, on 8th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 356 OF 2008 By (I) Mutune Musau and (2) Munyao Mulinge, both of P.O. Box- 40, Masii in Kenya, the deceased's brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasia Musau alias Kasiamusau Mbuva, late,of Kionyweni, Mallain Location, who died at Malaani, Kionyweni, on 4th November, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
