GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6628

WHEREAS Muli Ngula of do Chief's office. P.O. Box I. Ikutha, tvlutomo in the Republic of Kenya. is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ikutha/Kilawa 11/809. situate in the district of Mutomo, and whereas the implementation of the Minister's decision on appeal 'under section 29 of Land Adjudication Act. Cap. 284. land appeal case No. 255 of 2000, the decision on the land appeal was allowed land to he registered in the name of- Mwambula Mukula of c/o chiefs office. P.O. Box 1. lkutha. and whereas the chief land registrar has directed the district land registrar. Kitui to implement the Ministers decision to register the said piece of land in favour of the appealant one Mwahula Mukula c/o chief's office, P.O. Box I. Ikutha, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production. of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue a land title deed to the said Mwambula Mukula, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muli Ngula, shall be deemed to be c_ancelled and of no effect.
