WHEREAS Ikabu Ngoji (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ntima/Ntakira/1070, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Meru, in succession cause No. 144 of 2002, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of M'Arimi M'Ngoji, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land in the name of Ikabu Ngoji, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said M'Arimi M'Ngoji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued, earlier to the said Ikabu Ngoji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NOTICE NO. 6620 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Mama Na Dada Africa, of Ragengni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known .as Uyoma/Ragengni/2918 situate in the district of Bondo, and whereas the land registrar's summons under section 8 (b) of the Registered Land Act has ordered that the said Mama Na Dada Africa to surrender to him the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and cancel its registration and revert to the old land known as Uyoma/Ragengni/591 and register the name Ayako Bambla as the original registered proprietor and issue him the title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mama Na Dada Africa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
