NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the underlisted motor vehicles namely: Make Model Description Reg. No. Engine No. Datsun 120Y Pick-up KTM 630 970654D Bedford J6 Lorry KCZ 078 220527 Trooper Isuzu KUT 308 Peugeot 504 Saloon KWV 657 GI57531 Mitsubishi LQR Canter KAN 128V Daihatsu Dikdik KUL 409 43349 Nissan B!3 Saloon KAS 976 to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from the premises and garage of Bencolins Garage, P.O. Box 21257-00505, Nairobi, at Dagoretti Corner, off Ngong Road, upon payment of storage and incidental costs thereof, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the same shall be , sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale or part thereof will be used to defray the outstanding amounts owing, should the depositors or owners fail to, take delivery within the stipulated time as hereinabove stated.
