WHEREAS Mary Chebosawe Lagat, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya,is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/623, containing 3 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal Magistrate's court at Kapsabet, in LDT/32/98, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Ezekiel Bulimo (ID/3271370/66), and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer document in favour of Ezekiel Bulimo of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from, the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received withint:that ,period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land aide 'deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument iffatransfer, and issue land title deed to the said Ezekiel Bulimo, and npor. such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the ,said Mary Chebosawe Lagat, shall be deemed to be cancelled andsoftto:effect.
